It's Rappin' Ray's second release of 2023, the song is about being courageous enough to start a new rap career at the age of 60, after dabbling in hip hop for 40 years as a disc jockey and independent vinyl record store owner. Rappin' Ray addresses his naysayers and reminds his haters that he is From The Streets, and has been True To the Hip Hop culture from the beginning of Hip Hop. But since Hip Hop culture has changed so much over the past four decades. Rappin' Ray vows to start his own culture within hip hop and not adapt to the standards of todays status quo.
